What We Offers

For Beginners

We care for our new students and make their introduction to our studio smooth, simple and hassle-free.

Our representatives make sure every procedure and operations are explained to new students before their classes; as well as moral guidelines and tips to make their experience more pleasing.

We developed a unique system that is specifically designed to assist with appropriate selection of classes for beginners. It allows yoga students to make learned decisions on how to grow and build their own yoga practice.

At the beginning of each and every class, beginners are recognized and acknowledged by the instructors, who constantly guide them and assist them in staying safe during their practice.

Our welcoming staffs are always accessible to respond any inquiries our students may have.

“Ambience and situations are very important to imbibe Yoga into your mind, body, and soul. Our Yoga studios are aesthetically designed to make it lighter for you to make best of what our knowledgeable Yoga teachers have to offer you”.

Yoga is premised around ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’. We as teachers only can initiate you to your path towards being a Yogi, which is primarily time unbound.

We at Indiab Yoga Travel care for the progress and growth of our student’s yoga practice; with this in mind, we designed the 5 Pillars. This is a structure that catalogues our sessions into 5 different Pillars and provides a clear path for students to be able to choose which set of sessions is ideal for them to attend.

Philosophy

To convey its spiritual message and guide sessions, yoga often uses the imagery of a tree with roots, a trunk, branches, blossoms, and fruits. Each "branch" of yoga represents a different focus and set of characteristics.

The six branches are:

  • Hatha yoga: This is the physical and mental branch designed to prime the body and mind.
  • Raja yoga: This branch involves meditation and strict adherence to a series of disciplinary steps known as the "eight limbs" of yoga.
  • Karma yoga: This is a path of service that aims to create a future free from negativity and selfishness.
  • Bhakti yoga: This aims to establish the path of devotion, a positive way to channel emotions and cultivate acceptance and tolerance.
  • Jnana yoga: This branch of yoga is about wisdom, the path of the scholar, and developing the intellect through study.
  • Tantra yoga: This is the pathway of ritual, ceremony, or consummation of a relationship.
